Zoom Video Conferencing is available free of charge for use by Zone, District and Club groups.

Our licence allows video conferencing and webinar presentations for up to 100 participants. We can run 2 sessions at the same time.
The booking system is managed by volunteers who try to respond to booking requests within 24 hours. However, it's best to plan at least 48 hours ahead just to be sure.
Check the calendar below to see if there is a conflicting booking on the day and at the time you wish to book a conference.
(If the calendar is blank there are no current bookings).
We can have two Zoom sessions running at the same time so we should be able to accept your booking unless there are two conflicting bookings already on the calendar at that time.
(You can't make bookings directly on this calendar.)
How does it work?
We require the following information:
the date, time and duration of the planned meeting or webinar. (Note that video conferences can start only on the hour or half hour).
the name and contact details of the organiser
the purpose for the meeting
your request will be acknowledged by return email.
When you submit your booking request you will receive an email with a copy of the information you submitted to confirm that your request has been sent to us.
THIS IS NOT CONFIRMATION OF YOUR BOOKING - its an opportunity for you to check the information you sent.
The organiser will receive an email from the Zoom bookings administrator, usually within 48 hours.
This email will contain:
confirmation that the booking has been accepted
details of the booking that has been made for you
information about how to start and manage the meeting
an "invitation" email that can be sent to participants to enable them to join the meeting.
